RishtaAI Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and NAAM Lab, the operator of RishtaAI. Please read them carefully. If anything is unclear, contact us at info@naamlab.com.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using RishtaAI, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

To use RishtaAI, you must:

  • be 18 years of age or older;
  • use the app with a genuine intention to marry;
  • hold one account per person (one identity, one account); and
  • provide accurate, truthful information about yourself.

3. What RishtaAI is

RishtaAI is a marriage-intelligence app. It provides:

  • verified profiles — identity verification for trust badges;
  • deterministic hard-filter matching — we show you candidates who meet your filters. RishtaAI is not a swipe app, and there is no "match score";
  • secure messaging with your matches;
  • optional voice-assisted profile building — you can fill your profile by speaking, if you choose; and
  • identity verification to earn trust badges.

4. Your account and verification

  • You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity on your account.
  • Identity verification is best-effort. A trust badge is not a guarantee of anyone's identity, background or intentions. Always use your own judgement and take normal precautions when meeting or communicating with anyone.

5. Acceptable use / prohibited conduct

RishtaAI is a safety-first community. You must not:

  • harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate anyone;
  • commit fraud, run scams, or solicit money or goods;
  • impersonate any person or misrepresent who you are or your intentions;
  • post hateful, discriminatory, or abusive content;
  • share other people's private information without their consent;
  • use the app if you are under 18; or
  • otherwise misuse the service or endanger other users.

6. Your content

  • You own the content you create — your profile, photos and messages.
  • You grant us a limited licence to store, display and moderate your content only as needed to run the service.
  • Your photos are shown to others only with your opt-in.

7. Subscriptions and billing

  • RishtaAI offers three tiers: Bronze (the free floor), Gold, and Platinum.
  • Paid tiers are bought through Google Play, which is the merchant of record.
  • Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel them in Google Play. You can manage or cancel any time in Google Play.
  • Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy.
  • Prices and plans may change; we will give you notice of changes.
  • Paid tiers unlock quantity and features only (for example, how many interests you can send, or access to specific features). They never buy you better match ranking, quality or visibility. Matching is always the same deterministic hard-filter for everyone.

8. Safety, reporting and moderation

  • You can report or block other users.
  • We may moderate content, and suspend or terminate accounts, for violations of these Terms or to protect the safety of the community.

9. Disclaimers

  • RishtaAI is an intelligence and introduction platform — not a matchmaking guarantor. We do not guarantee that you will receive matches, replies, or that any relationship or marriage will result.
  • Identity verification and content moderation are best-effort and are not guarantees.
  • The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAAM Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the app, including the conduct of other users. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify NAAM Lab against claims, losses and costs arising from your misuse of the app or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we make a material change, we will update the version line above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use RishtaAI after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
