Delete your RishtaAI account and data

This page explains how to ask us to delete your RishtaAI account and personal data, what we delete, and what we must keep.

1. How to request deletion

Email info@naamlab.com with the subject "Delete my account", sent from the phone number or email address on your account so we can verify it is you.

You can also start the same request in the app: Settings → Delete my account → Contact support opens this request for you.

2. What gets deleted

When we process your request, we delete:

• your profile and profile details;
• your photos;
• your messages;
• your matches and interests;
• your device (notification) tokens;
• your verification result; and
• your subscription references.

3. What we keep, and why (honest)

We permanently delete your personal data within 30 days of your request, except limited records we must keep by law or to prevent abuse and protect other users (for example, safety/abuse records and legally required audit or consent logs). Payment records held by Google Play are governed by Google.

4. Timeline

We complete deletion within 30 days of your verified request.

5. How deletion is handled

Deletion is currently handled by our team through the request above: we verify the request is from you, then delete your data as described on this page.
